  • As per option 1, except Balcony Life sources, supplies, and installs certain items, and Client sources, supplies, and installs certain items (as per agreement).

  • Items not on BL’s approved list to source Anything outside of signed brief

    Rxxx – for décor items (dependent on list)

3. FULL TURNKEY SERVICE

  • All design, procurement and installation contracted out to Balcony Life Client not involved in implementation other than approving designs, plans and budget.
